Yes. Pro can connect up to three supported exchanges. Each connection receives a separate worker, settings folder, order state, recovery history, dashboard selection, and API credentials. Orders and balances are never combined across exchanges.

Yes. The hosted dashboard is browser-based and responsive. The bot itself continues on the server when your browser is closed.

Create a separate key for GridCove, enable only reading and spot-order trading, keep withdrawals or transfers disabled, paste the full key and secret into Exchange connections, then select Verify credentials and create connection. The worker starts paused.

It evaluates exactly four approved markets per exchange worker and treats all four equally. It keeps a safe productive Buy Focus, falls back immediately when that focus is blocked, and on Pro can make a guarded opportunity switch when the current focus is safe but practically idle and another approved market is clearly stronger. The actual BUY path repeats the same entry, candle, anti-chase, regime, quality, range, activity, and slot checks before placing an order. It manages the working BUY ladder, tracks fills and cost basis, protects SELL targets and optional stop loss, records clear decision events, and reconciles state after restarts.

Immediately before each fresh LIMIT_MAKER BUY, the connected exchange worker reads the live bid and ask, keeps or lowers the planned price without chasing it upward, and recalculates quantity from the original order budget. If the provider explicitly rejects the post-only order as marketable, GridCove first checks the exact client ID and may retry once at a refreshed lower price. Timeouts, unknown errors, and ambiguous responses are never blindly retried. Existing SELLs are not changed by this process.

No. Buy Focus is automatic-only on every plan. The bot chooses which approved market may receive new BUYs. Pro customers can replace a market in the approved set, but the bot still selects Buy Focus automatically.

Every plan can enable an adjustable stop loss from 0.5% to 50%, and it is off by default. The enabled setting is snapshotted when a future BUY becomes a tracked position. A triggered exit requires the worker and exchange to be online, refuses to oversell a partially filled SELL, and may experience market-order slippage.

No. One Grid recenter movement setting applies equally to whichever approved coin currently has Buy Focus. Recenter operations replace that coin's unfilled BUY orders only. Existing SELL orders and held positions remain tracked.

For SELLs with verified cost basis, GridCove can gradually lower an aging target after a configured delay while preserving a positive estimated net-profit floor. Unknown-cost legacy SELLs remain locked.

No. It automates rules and controls, but losses, exchange problems, outages, slippage, unexpected execution, and market changes remain possible.

The hosted release uses selected spot markets on the connected exchange. Binance.US and Kraken workers use supported USDT pairs; Coinbase Advanced maps the same GridCove markets to supported USD products. Futures, margin, leverage, and direct-chain customer wallets are not supported.

Vault applies only when a completed SELL has positive profit after estimated BUY and SELL fees. Your selected Vault share is reserved from future BUY budgets; the rest remains available to reinvest. Losses and break-even SELLs add nothing. Turning future Vault deposits off does not release an existing Vault balance. Automatic USDT-to-USD conversion is used only where supported by the connected exchange.

Basic is the permanent free plan. It includes one exchange, exactly four protected approved markets, one automatic Buy Focus, fixed protected defaults, dashboard monitoring, Market Watch, the full Activity Center, recovery, alerts, optional stop loss, Vault and reinvest controls, and up to $2,500 of automated BUY volume each UTC month. Scanner tools, favorites, and watchlists require Starter or Pro. Reaching the limit pauses only new BUYs; existing positions and SELL protection continue.

It keeps one exchange, removes the Basic monthly BUY-volume limit and adds the opportunity scanner, favorites, watchlists, three activity presets, and standard editable strategy controls. It still uses exactly four approved markets and one automatic Buy Focus.

Pro is $12.99 monthly or $129 annually. It adds up to three isolated exchange workers, Replace Coin, personal approved-market defaults, full guarded presets and custom safety thresholds, Profit Velocity controls, sizing, Grid Slots, guarded opportunity switching, Dynamic Ladder, capital rotation, advanced recovery controls, and priority support. Each worker still uses exactly four approved markets and one automatic Buy Focus.

Yes. The billing page opens Stripe's customer portal for subscription management.

No. Funds stay at the exchange, and GridCove rejects an API key if the exchange reports withdrawal permission.

The credentials are encrypted at rest on the server. They are not displayed back to the customer or owner dashboard after saving.

No wallet seed phrase or blockchain wallet private key is required. Coinbase Advanced uses a Coinbase API-signing private key. It is different from a wallet private key and is encrypted as an exchange credential.

The worker reloads saved state, reads exchange orders and balances, reconciles tracked positions, preserves SELLs, and returns with new trading paused.

No. Vault is a reserved balance tracked inside your exchange worker. Funds remain in your exchange account. GridCove still rejects withdrawal or transfer permission, and the Vault amount is excluded from new-BUY budgets until you handle it according to the supported exchange workflow.

Basic receives necessary maintenance and safety updates. Active Starter and Pro subscriptions include supported improvements for the features in their plan; Pro receives advanced-feature updates.

Pro account, connection, billing, and hosted-worker issues are placed ahead of standard support requests. It does not include personalized investment advice or profit guarantees.

No. Never paste API keys, passwords, or connection strings into chat. Secret-looking content is blocked or redacted by the support flow.
