Crypto markets are high risk

Digital assets can move rapidly, become illiquid or unavailable, and lose substantial or total value. A USDT-quoted market does not make the traded asset or USDT risk-free. Historical examples, targets, interface numbers, and illustrative screenshots do not predict future results.

Automation adds operational risk

Software can contain defects. Hosted processes can restart or stop. Networks, APIs, clocks, storage, power, and providers can fail. Orders can be rejected, delayed, partially filled, duplicated by an external system, or execute at unexpected prices. Recovery logic and pause controls reduce some risks but cannot eliminate them.

Exchange and third-party risk

the connected exchange or exchanges, SmarterASP, Stripe, email and push providers, internet providers, and other third parties operate independently of GridCove. They may change APIs or terms, restrict a location or account, delist markets, experience outages, freeze assets, or suffer security incidents.

Credential and account risk

Create a separate API key for GridCove, enable only Spot trading and reading required for operation, and disable withdrawals. Protect your GridCove password, email, exchange account, authenticator, and recovery codes. Although GridCove encrypts stored exchange credentials and rejects withdrawal permission, no hosted system can promise immunity from compromise.

Hosted-service and capacity risk

GridCove depends on a continuously available web process and sufficient hosted capacity. Maintenance, plan limits, provider restrictions, resource exhaustion, or unexpected restarts can delay status updates or order management. You remain responsible for monitoring the exchange directly and knowing how to pause or revoke the API key if the hosted service is unavailable.

No direct-chain or custody feature

GridCove connects only through enabled supported-exchange APIs. It does not connect a self-custody wallet, request a seed phrase, sign blockchain transactions, move funds on-chain, or collect a percentage of trades. Never provide those permissions or secrets to anyone claiming they are required.

Start deliberately and monitor

A new exchange connection starts paused. Review balances and open exchange orders, understand the settings, begin with capital you can afford to lose, and confirm alert delivery before resuming. Alerts can fail or be delayed; they do not replace direct monitoring.

Your decision

You alone decide whether GridCove is appropriate, which account, markets, settings, and capital to use, and when to enable, pause, or stop it. Consider independent financial, tax, cybersecurity, and legal advice suited to your circumstances.
