1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, connecting an exchange, subscribing, or using GridCove, you agree to these Terms, the Refund Policy, Privacy Notice, and Risk Disclosure. You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, and permitted to use crypto-trading automation and the supported exchange where you live. Do not use the service if those requirements are not met.
2. The hosted service
GridCove is a hosted software service for automating defined rules on supported spot markets through enabled exchange providers, currently Binance.US, Kraken, and an owner-enabled Coinbase Advanced beta. Every plan uses four approved markets with one automatic Buy Focus at a time. Basic includes one supported exchange connection plus core safeguards, recovery, dashboard, and alerts. Starter and Pro add the paid tools and controls shown on the pricing page. GridCove does not provide an exchange account, internet access, investment advice, custody, direct-chain wallet service, or guaranteed execution.
3. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password and email secure, and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. One person may not create accounts to evade plan, capacity, abuse-prevention, or fair-use limits. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Exchange connection and permissions
You authorize GridCove to use the supported-exchange API credentials you submit to read account and market information and place or manage Spot orders according to your settings. Use separate credentials for each exchange, with required read/Spot trading access and withdrawal or transfer permission disabled. GridCove rejects a connection when the exchange reports withdrawal permission. Never submit an exchange password, wallet seed phrase, blockchain private key, or withdrawal-enabled credential.
5. Plans, billing, and renewal
Basic is offered without charge subject to hosted capacity and fair-use limits. Starter and Pro are billed by Stripe at the price and interval displayed at Checkout and renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may be added where required. Manage renewal and payment details through the Stripe customer portal linked from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access ordinarily continues through the current billing period unless a refund, charge reversal, law, or suspension requires otherwise.
6. Your trading responsibilities
You choose whether and when to enable the strategy, the account and capital used, settings, supported markets, and when to stop. You are responsible for monitoring exchange orders and balances, maintaining sufficient account security, understanding exchange rules, handling taxes and records, and complying with applicable law. A new connection starts paused, but that safeguard does not replace your ongoing supervision.
7. Hosting, maintenance, and changes
GridCove may deploy fixes, security changes, exchange-compatibility updates, and reasonable feature changes without requiring a customer installation. Hosted systems, exchange APIs, networks, and providers may become slow or unavailable. GridCove may pause new workers, trading controls, or affected features when reasonably necessary for safety, maintenance, capacity, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. No uninterrupted-uptime promise is made unless a separate written service agreement says otherwise.
8. Support and AI assistance
Support covers reasonable help with account access, published onboarding, billing, hosted controls, alerts, and reproducible defects. It does not include financial advice, account management, custom strategy design, coin recommendations, tax or legal advice, or credential recovery. AI-generated support can be incomplete or wrong; verify important steps and open a human ticket when uncertain. Never send secrets through chat or tickets.
9. No investment advice or guarantee
GridCove provides software and technical information, not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. GridCove is not an investment adviser, broker, exchange, fiduciary, bank, or custodian. It does not guarantee profit, loss prevention, uptime, liquidity, order execution, stablecoin value, or any result. You can lose some or all capital used with the service.
10. Acceptable use
You may use GridCove only for your own lawful account. You may not resell access, share an account outside your authorized use, bypass plan controls, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, interfere with the service, probe another customer’s data, overload hosted capacity, automate account creation, misuse third-party APIs, or use GridCove for manipulation or unlawful activity.
11. Ownership
GridCove, its software, user interface, branding, documentation, and service logic remain the seller’s intellectual property except for third-party components governed by their own licenses. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the service during the applicable plan; it does not transfer source-code ownership.
12. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridCove is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of profitability, uninterrupted or error-free operation, merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular trading purpose. Nothing here excludes a warranty or consumer protection that applicable law does not allow the seller to exclude.
13. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridCove is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading losses, including market loss, stablecoin loss, missed opportunity, exchange action, failed orders, provider outage, data loss, or unauthorized access caused by customer credentials or settings. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid GridCove during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
14. Suspension and termination
GridCove may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, chargeback fraud, attacks, credential abuse, unlawful use, serious security risk, repeated fair-use violations, abusive support behavior, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using Basic at any time and may cancel a Starter or Pro renewal through Stripe. Sections concerning ownership, risk, warranty, liability, and records continue where their nature requires.
15. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the hosted service, providers, or law changes. Material changes will be presented through the service or another reasonable channel when required. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as necessary and the remainder will continue. Questions may be sent to support@gridcovecrypto.com. The seller is GridCove.
